Recipe
Every year a couple of weeks before big holidays all the hosts of the world begin to refresh their knowledge of cooking. What dishes to serve on the festive table, how to decorate them, how to surprise guests? We suggest starting small. A couple of years ago, Heston Blumenthal turned over the gastronomic world, introducing his Meat Fruit to foodies. But you can make both an appetizer and dessert look like tangerines. For example, homemade truffle tangerines!
Today we would like to offer you this simple recipe for a dessert that is definitely going to wow all you guests. Shall we start?

Remove the truffle dough from the refrigerator, divide and roll it into small candies using gloves. The candies should weigh approximately 1 ¾ oz (50 g). Leave them in the refrigerator to harden. |

When the truffle candies have cooled enough, wrap them in the orange layer, and using a fine grater, form a peel that is typical for tangerines. |
Don’t forget about the tail from the green chocolate dough. You can tint tangerines again on the outside with orange food coloring. Such a dessert is stored in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks, so feel free to make it in advance. Did you like the dessert? We will be glad to know your opinion!
