Lightly flour the work surface. Place the dough on it. Roll it out into a 12-x15-inch rectangle. Spread the filling: first the soft butter, then the mixture of both types of sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Leave a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle the pecans on top of the filling.
