Curd gnocchi with berry sauce is a wonderful dessert idea for tea. In some ways, they are similar to a classic cheesecake. But due to differences in cooking technology and ingredients, the taste of these cheese dishes also varies.

First of all, cottage cheese gnocchi is a tasty and healthy dish. All due to rich-in-calcium cottage cheese and currants, that are full of vitamins. Therefore, serving such a treat for breakfast is simply necessary.

Add the egg, salt, flour, vanillin, lemon zest to the cottage cheese and thoroughly mix.

Using spoons, shape the gnocchi and place them into boiling water for 7 minutes, then catch them with a slotted spoon.

Heat the butter in a pan and add currants, sugar, and cinnamon. Stir and fry until a sauce consistency.

Put the cottage cheese gnocchi on the currant sauce before serving.

Feel free to make the sauce from other berries. Strawberries, blueberries, black currants, and raspberries are perfect for this recipe. Before serving, you can also pour some sour cream over the dish, it goes well with berry sauce.
