Most people deem the combination of chicken and vegetables healthy and low-calorie. Although it is difficult to call a chicken broccoli casserole dietary, it is super filling. One piece is enough to satisfy hunger and keep you full for a long time.

Fillet baked with quinoa is very tender and juicy due to milk and broth sauce covering the chicken. Moreover, the pieces of broccoli look spectacular in this dish. The case when the appetite develops before eating.

Warm chicken broth and milk together in a small saucepan over medium heat. Next, add flour, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, a teaspoon of salt, and half a teaspoon of pepper. Whisk slowly until smooth.

Remove the casserole from the oven and add the broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and pop back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
