Herbs are a summertime cooking staple. All the more so, because dishes with fresh mint, basil, or cilantro are absolutely heavenly. Today, we want to share with you a recipe for such a dish, namely, a juicy chicken breast with cilantro and mint.
The twist of the dish is, of course, the marinade cooked in stages. First, you need to mix all the spices. Second, combine the remaining ingredients. Finally, add the spice mix to them. As a result, you get a fragrant and piquant marinade to marinate the chicken in. Our recipe calls for frying, but you can also roast cilantro and mint chicken breast in the oven.

Combine turmeric, coriander, chili pepper, and salt. Next, chop garlic and ginger, add lemon juice to them. |
