My kids love canned corn. At first, I added it to every salad. So there was a whole selection of recipes with this food. But this was also not enough for them. So I came up with a recipe for simple corn fritters that I can make in 10 minutes.

Whatever methods I use to diversify the diet of my children, corn always wins. So this recipe saves me every time. And I recommend you to try it too!

To make a large batch of corn fritters, you'll need 1 can of the main ingredient. And be sure to save the liquid, you'll need it too.

Strain the corn. Add an egg to the liquid, stir it. Add a little salt and spices. The fritters should be tender. Pour the corn over the egg. Stir. Add flour and mix again. Heat oil in a skillet. Pour a tablespoon of the mixture into a frying pan.

Cook the fritters for just a couple of minutes on each side. They should turn golden brown. Transfer them to a paper towel to absorb the oil.
