Today we would like to share with you a brownie recipe, but not just regular brownies. The recipe combines three classic desserts such as red velvet cake, brownies, and cheesecake. The result is delicious crowd-friendly bars.

The beautiful swirls and fudgy texture are guaranteed to please the crowd, so be sure to try this dessert recipe this holiday season.

Make the brownie batter

Coat a baking dish with some butter. Line it with parchment paper. Lightly coat the paper with butter.

Chop the chocolate. Microwave it with butter until melted. First whisk in the sugar, then add the eggs 1 at a time and continue to whisk. Add in the food coloring and vanilla extract.

To a separate bowl add the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until combined. Then whisk this mixture into the liquid one. Pour everything into the baking dish.

Make the cream cheese batter

Beat together the egg whites, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add in the flour and vanilla extract.

Place the spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture onto the brownie batter. Make swirls using a knife. Bake in an oven preheated to 350 °F (180 °C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for an hour.

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
