Recipe
A tangerine and an hour of your time — and an enormous batch of soft and tender cookies is ready! An incredible treat for the whole family, covered with powdered sugar, is a perfect dessert for tea.

Separate small pieces from the dough and make them into nut-sized balls. Roll the balls in powdered sugar and place them on a baking sheet well apart from each other, since in the end, the cookies will be twice the size of the balls. |

Place the baking sheet in the oven, preheated to 360 °F, and bake for 20 minutes. |
The baking time of cookies depends on the size of the ball. Note that the finished treat should be pale yellow, not particularly golden. Let them cool before serving. The tangerine cookies are ready!
