Drain the juice from the squash. Add eggs, pressed garlic, 1 teaspoon of sugar, a pinch of salt, baking powder, chopped dill, kefir, vegetable oil, and flour. Mix the ingredients thoroughly. The consistency of the dough should be like that for hotcakes. If necessary, add more flour. Let it sit for 10–15 minutes. |
