Peel sweet potato and cut it into thin slices, sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder, mix and leave to soak for 20 minutes. |

Pour a mixture of two beaten eggs into the bottom of three nests, then add a bit of diced bell pepper. At the bottom of the other three nests, place chopped broccoli and tomato halves, sprinkle with grated cheese. Place diced pepper, onion and bacon in the next three nests. Break 3 eggs into the rest of the nests, sprinkle with bacon. Season all the nests with some salt and pepper, bake for 20–25 minutes at 300 °F (150 °C). |
