What could be better than freshly baked homemade cookies with tea? Only cookies made from fragrant coconut! And if they don’t require more than 30 minutes to cook, you definitely won the cooking jackpot.

For our coconut cookies you need only 3 ingredients. The treat is so simple and quick-to-make that even a child can handle it. You need to mix all the ingredients until a mushy texture, form small balls from the dough and bake them in the oven. So simple!



Beat the eggs with sugar. Add shredded coconut and mix thoroughly.


Form small balls of the same size from the dough and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.


Bake the cookies for 25 minutes at 350 °F (180 °C).

After cooking, let the cookies cool slightly. It will be difficult, because the coconut aroma that fills the whole apartment will simply drive you crazy! But believe me, the wait is worth it. Bon Appetit!
