Recipe
A classic combination of apple and cinnamon is a simple, but at the same time tasty filling for a Swiss roll. It is very easy-to-make. However, it is so hard to wait until the Swiss roll with apples is soaked and you can serve it.
Besides powdered sugar, you can decorate the treat with apple slices or mint leaves. Such a sponge cake with apples is perfect for a tea party.

Cover the layer with another piece of parchment paper and put a cutting board on top. Holding the edges of the board, flip it over and remove the upper sheet of parchment paper. Using the remaining bottom sheet, roll up the cake and set aside for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Then sprinkle the top with powdered sugar. |
