Sour Cream – 7 oz (200 g)
Mascarpone – 14 oz (400 g)
Powdered Sugar – 2 ⅔ oz (80 g)
Dark Chocolate – to taste

Delicious and beautiful tiramisu roll will be an exquisite decoration for both the festive table and an afternoon tea party. The classic taste of the Italian treat has acquired a new form: that of a roll.

For the preparation of the tiramisu roll, it is better to use sour cream with high-fat content. If you want, you can replace amaretto with your preferred liquor.

To make a sponge cake, beat eggs with sugar, then add kefir and vegetable oil, and continue to beat.

Combine flour, cornstarch, and baking powder, add them to the egg mass, and beat.

Line a baking sheet with parchment and evenly distribute the dough on the surface. Preheat the oven to 360 °F and bake the base for the roll for 15 minutes.

Cover the work surface with parchment, sprinkle it with sugar. Lay the base for the roll as the next layer, then lay some parchment again, place a baking sheet on it, and a jug of water on top. Let the sponge cake sit for 30 minutes so that it flattens.

Mix instant coffee with boiling water, add amaretto, and stir.

Combine mascarpone with powdered sugar and, while continuing to stir, gradually add whipped sour cream.

Moisten the surface of the base for the roll with coffee and liquor solution, then brush it with the prepared cream, and sprinkle with grated chocolate and cocoa.

Form a roll, spread the top with the rest of the cream, sprinkle with cocoa and, if you want, garnish with the cream. Place the roll in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

It is hard to come up with a better combination for dessert than mascarpone, coffee and liquor soak, and gentle and airy cream. All this blends perfectly in this melt-in-your-mouth tiramisu roll.
