Sweet pastries don’t last for a long time, especially when there are children in the house. This recipe will come in handy. Almond and chocolate biscotti will last you for a month. All you need to do is to place it in an air-tight container.
The crunchy cookies are very easy to make and incredibly tasty. These are two more reasons that will encourage you to try this wonderful Italian pastry. Mildly sweet biscotti with a rich nutty flavor and light citrus aroma won’t leave anyone indifferent.

Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder and sugar. |

Beat the eggs, pour into the dry mixture and mix until smooth. |

Divide the dough in half and form two baguettes. Put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 350 °F (180 °C) for 20 minutes. |

Cut the finished baguettes into pieces ¾ inch (2 cm) thick. Put back on the baking sheet and place in the oven for another 10 minutes. |
You can add some raisins to your almond biscotti. Eat these crunchy cookies as they are or dip them in milk, tea or coffee. Bon appetit!
