Today Cook It is going to offer you a great beer can burgers recipe. If you can’t wait for the good weather, just heat the oven. But cooked on a grill this juicy meat dish tastes even better.

It’s far from the hot season, but I miss this amazing burst of flavor. Having prepared these roll-ups at least once, you will understand why.

Steps

1
Done

Divide ground meat into 6 parts, roll each one into a ball. Make a hole in the middle with a glass or beer can.

2
Done

Wrap the ground meat in strips of bacon. Take out the can, and put the meat bowls in the refrigerator.

3
Done

Brown onions, mushrooms, and a bell pepper on the grill (you can choose another filling, for example, potatoes, chicken, soft cheese, eggs). At home, a pan is suitable for this purpose.

4
Done

Fill the meat bowls with the ingredients, sprinkle with grated cheese.

5
Done

Put the dish on the grill until cooked or in an oven preheated to 350 °F (180 °C) for 35–40 minutes.

The roll-ups become the juiciest due to bacon and vegetable filling. They are eaten up very quickly, so we recommend you to stock up on the ingredients enough for a big company.

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
