Every person has a different attitude toward breakfast. Some get by with an invigorating cup of coffee, whereas others believe that a hearty breakfast is a key to a productive day. Nevertheless, all agree that the morning meal should be quick to prepare. Today, we are eager to share with you an exceptional option for a lazy breakfast cottage-cheese cake that will become an exciting alternative to cottage-cheese pancakes and casseroles.

The recipe is quite simple, and the pantry-staple ingredients allow you to prepare such breakfast as frequently as you wish. We added an apple to this pan-fried cottage-cheese cake. With it, it becomes delightfully juicy and tender. Make this once, and your family members will beg you to make it again and again.

Steps

1
Done

Combine egg and sugar in a large bowl. Mix in cottage cheese and salt, and stir until homogenous.

2
Done

Sift in the flour along with the baking powder. You should have a thick dough.

3
Done

Peel the apple, cut it into small pieces, and add to the dough. You can also grate it on a coarse grater, but make sure to discard the excess juice.

4
Done

Grease a pan with oil and place the dough inside. Flatten it with a spoon or spatula before covering with a lid and cooking over moderately high heat for approximately 15 minutes.

5
Done

Flip the cake over, cover, and cook for another 5–10 minutes. Transfer the finished cottage-cheese cake onto a plate.

Serve the pan-fried cottage-cheese cake with apples immediately while it is still warm. It tastes delicious with some sour cream or jam. Make a cup of tea, grab a piece, and enjoy the perfect breakfast.

I am an English major with a love of languages and fiction, and with an incurable travel bug. In my free time, I read fantasy, drink copious amounts of coffee, and like to go see movies. Culinary art means everything to me. My main hypostasis is the taster, though. The music school has taught me to appreciate the symphony of airy meringues, to create harmonious overtures of light snacks, hard rock of meat, fish, and vegetables on the grill. Choir classes have accustomed me to hear and feel the people nearby and create perfect harmonies of sounds.

I don’t even understand how I ended up right here, but I thought this submit was once great. I do not know who you might be however certainly you’re going to a well-known blogger in case you aren’t already. Cheers!|

Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic but I had to tell someone!|

Its like you learn my thoughts! You appear to know so much approximately this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you simply can do with a few p.c. to force the message house a bit, however instead of that, that is fantastic blog. A fantastic read. I’ll definitely be back.|

Hi it’s me, I am also visiting this website on a regular basis, this web page is really pleasant and the people are actually sharing good thoughts.|
