Steps

1 Done	Prepare the Fried Bananas Start by cutting limes in half and peeling bananas.
2 Done	Next, add salt to a bowl of water. Squeeze the limes into the water and stir in the citrus fruit itself.
3 Done	Pop the peeled bananas in the water and let them sit there for half an hour.
4 Done	Once the time is up, remove them from the water and cut them into thin slices.
5 Done	Proceed with heating a pan with oil. Place the banana slices inside and deep-fry them, frequently stirring, until golden brown; drain.
6 Done	Prepare the Caramel and Fry Bananas In a clean pan, warm up the ⅓ cup water, add brown sugar and stir thoroughly until the sugar has dissolved. Next, add butter and salt and cook over low heat, stirring continuously, until homogenous.
7 Done	Finally, add the fried bananas and toss to coat.
