If you still think of store-bought banana chips as a healthy food, we have bad news for you. Fortunately, we have a recipe for homemade banana chips that not only taste good, but are also good for you.

This homemade snack is oven-baked so it preserves the fiber. Give such sweets to your children without any fear.

Peel the banana and cut into thin slices.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out the slices. Drizzle with oil (preferably olive) and lightly salt.

Preheat the oven to 350 °F (180 °C). Bake the chips for 15–20 minutes.
