Perhaps today you have a little more time than you would need for regular sandwiches? Then be sure to try this dish. Potato sandwich with Gouda cheese and salami. This tasty snack, cooked in a pan in a matter of minutes, will become your favorite treat.

The secret lies in the bread crumbs, in which you fry the potato sandwich. Regular bread crumbs are mixed with grated Parmesan. As a result, when roasted, the melted cheese creates a spicy crust. In addition, you can add a few favorite spices directly to the bread crumbs.

Combine the bread crumbs and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper and mix.

Peel and boil the potatoes, cut them into long slices. Beat the eggs a little.

Dip each slice of potato into the egg mixture and dredge in the bread crumbs. Fry lightly on both sides.

On each second slice put a slice of cheese, sausage, and cheese again. Cover with the rest of potato slices.

You can serve these potato sandwiches for breakfast or as a hearty snack. The dish goes well with vegetables, which will make a fresh appetizer. For presentation, you can put sandwiches on lettuce and sprinkle some chopped herbs on them.
