Prague Salad is bright, juicy, tasty — an excellent recipe for sure! This spectacular treat can be prepared not only for the holiday, but it also can brighten up your weekend. The main thing is that the salad consists of the most affordable foods: nothing weird or exotic in here!

If desired, you can replace boiled chicken breast with a smoked one, and use cured cucumbers instead of pickled ones. It’d make taste more piquant. To make the salad ring-shaped, place a glass in the center of the dish. Layer the ingredients around it.

Steps

1
Done

Boil chicken fillet in salted water with bay leaves and allspice. Let it cool, cut into small cubes. Cook carrots, grate on coarse grater. Boil and grate the eggs.

2
Done

Mince garlic and mix with mayonnaise. Fill a piping bag with sauce.

3
Done

Put chicken on a big flat plate, drizzle with mayonnaise. Lay diced pickles, followed by grated carrots on top. Drizzle the layer with mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped prunes and grated eggs.

4
Done

Drizzle the salad with mayonnaise, garnish with sliced olives and boiled carrot flowers.

You don’t have to layer the salad, just simply mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl — it will turn out even juicier. Bon Appetit!

Like many people nowadays, I love to explore new places. My favorite type is slow travelling, when you can really blend in with locals and learn about new cultures and languages. But I think there are also perfect times for enjoying freshly baked pastry, a cup of fragrant coffee, and a good movie in the comfort of your own home. I guess I'm kind of a cultural omnivore, and I watch different types of movies, but the ones about art and food inspire me the most!
