Cheesecake has long been a favorite dessert for many. This creamy, silky, and smooth treat looks glorious on any table, festive or otherwise. Obviously, such a popular dessert has many recipe variations. We have already talked about cheesecake in a glass, as well as oreo cheesecake. Today, we’ll show you how to make no-bake chocolate mini cheesecakes.

These miniature single-serve treats are great for any occasion, be it a party, a family gathering, or an afternoon tea. Moreover, these chocolate mini cheesecakes are ridiculously easy to prepare, and they vanish in minutes.

Crumble cookies, add melted butter and mix. Tightly pack the mass into the bottom of a muffin tin.

Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar. Add 3 ½ oz (100 g) of melted chocolate and whisk again.

Add 5 fl oz (150 ml) of cream and vanilla extract, whisk. Cover gelatin with hot water, mix thoroughly. Pour it into the cream and stir.

Evenly spread the cream on top of the cookie base and smooth it out. Pop the muffin tin in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

Heat the remaining cream and pour it over 7 oz (200 g) of chocolate. Mix until smooth. Melt the remaining chocolate.

Pour the chocolate topping over the dessert and then garnish with the mixture of cream and chocolate.

The key to making a perfect cheesecake is using cream cheese at room temperature. You can whisk it at a low speed before adding other ingredients. Garnish no-bake chocolate mini cheesecakes with cocoa or chocolate chips.
