Today we would like to share with you a recipe for a delicious and simple side dish. Whether you serve these fondant potatoes alongside roasted meat or fish, this classic French recipe will win you over.

Baked in chicken broth with the addition of butter, the potatoes turn out fluffy on the inside and extra crispy on the outside. Complement the dish with vegetables to add some freshness.

Peel and slice 4 large potatoes. The slices should be about 2 inches (5 cm) thick. Add salt and pepper to taste. Heat vegetable oil in an oven-proof skillet. Place the potato slices in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown at the bottom.

Flip the potatoes over and add the butter, thinly sliced garlic, and sprigs of rosemary. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the chicken broth and place the skillet in an oven preheated to 450 °F (230 °C). Bake for 25 minutes. Top with some chopped rosemary before serving.
