Recipe
Börek is one of the oldest recipes of Turkish cuisine. The flatbread has various fillings. But today we suggest using a win-win option. Spinach and ricotta börek is a classic combination that everyone will like.
Our flatbread has an original snail shape. Since this is Turkish pastry, prepare for spiciness. Soaked in the filling, the dough turns out very tender. The rich taste of cheese and the freshness of greens make the börek the best quick snack. Let’s try it.

Mix the flour, egg, sunflower oil, 3 teaspoons of salt and warm milk. Pour in a little warm water and knead a soft dough. Cover with a plastic wrap and leave for 30 minutes. |
